For trips outside our standard coverage area, we can arrange services to any destination in the UK with advance notice. Our drivers are familiar with all major routes, traffic patterns, and alternative paths to ensure efficient travel regardless of your destination.

For standard bookings, we recommend reserving at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability and allow proper preparation. However, we understand that urgent needs arise, and we accept same-day bookings subject to availability. For airport transfers, corporate events, or special occasions, booking 48-72 hours ahead ensures you get your preferred vehicle and driver. Regular clients with recurring needs can arrange weekly or monthly schedules. During peak periods such as holidays, major events, or conference seasons, earlier booking is advisable. Contact us directly for last-minute requests, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our fleet includes executive saloons such as Mercedes-Benz E-Class and BMW 5 Series for business travel, luxury vehicles like Mercedes-Benz S-Class for premium comfort, and spacious SUVs including Range Rover and Mercedes-Benz V-Class for group transport or families with luggage. All vehicles are less than three years old, maintained to manufacturer standards, and equipped with climate control, leather interiors, and complimentary WiFi. We can accommodate specific requests for vehicle type, colour, or features when booking. Each vehicle undergoes regular safety inspections and professional valeting before every assignment to ensure the highest standards.

All our drivers hold valid UK driving licences with minimum five years of clean driving history. They possess Private Hire Driver licences issued by Transport for London or local authorities, which require enhanced DBS checks and medical examinations. Each driver completes defensive driving courses and customer service training. Our vehicles carry comprehensive commercial insurance covering passengers, third parties, and goods in transit. We maintain £10 million public liability insurance for additional protection. Drivers undergo annual performance reviews and continuous professional development. You can request driver credentials or insurance certificates at any time for your records or corporate compliance requirements.

For airport pickups, we monitor all flight arrivals in real-time using advanced tracking systems. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust the pickup time at no extra charge. We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for international arrivals and 45 minutes for domestic flights, calculated from actual landing time. This allows you to clear customs, collect baggage, and reach the meeting point without rushing. If you require additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period, standard hourly rates apply. Your driver will maintain contact and provide their mobile number so you can communicate directly upon arrival.

We offer daily hire packages for clients requiring extended services. This option suits business visitors, tourists, or anyone needing flexible transport over several days. Daily rates include up to 10 hours of service and 100 miles of travel, with additional hours and mileage charged separately. The driver remains at your disposal throughout the day, waiting between appointments as needed. Multi-day bookings receive preferential rates, and we can arrange the same driver for continuity. This service is popular for conference attendance, property viewings, or exploring London and surrounding regions. We can customize packages to match your specific itinerary and requirements.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Corporate clients can establish account facilities with monthly invoicing and 30-day payment terms after credit approval. Bank transfers are accepted for advance bookings. Cash payments are possible but require prior arrangement. For airport transfers and advance bookings, we request payment or card details when confirming the reservation. Corporate bookings can be charged directly to company accounts. All transactions are processed securely, and detailed receipts are provided for expense reporting. VAT invoices are issued automatically for business clients requiring them for accounting purposes.

Child seats are available upon request at no additional charge. We provide rear-facing infant seats for babies up to 13kg, forward-facing child seats for toddlers 9-18kg, and booster seats for children 15-36kg. All seats meet UK safety standards and are properly installed by trained drivers. When booking, please specify the age and weight of each child requiring a seat. We recommend requesting child seats at least 24 hours before your journey to ensure availability and proper fitting. For families travelling with multiple children, we can arrange larger vehicles with sufficient space for several seats while maintaining comfort for adult passengers.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. For cancellations between 12-24 hours before pickup, we charge 50% of the booking fee. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no-shows incur the full charge. We understand that plans change, and we try to be flexible when possible. If you need to modify your booking rather than cancel, we can often adjust times or dates without penalty, subject to availability. For regular corporate clients, we may offer more lenient cancellation terms as part of account agreements. Flight delays or cancellations are not charged as cancellations for airport transfers.

Regular clients can request their preferred driver when booking, subject to availability. Many of our customers develop working relationships with specific drivers who understand their preferences, routes, and requirements. While we cannot guarantee the same driver for every journey, we make every effort to accommodate such requests, especially for recurring bookings. If your preferred driver is unavailable, we assign someone with similar experience and brief them on your preferences. All our drivers maintain consistent service standards, so you can expect the same level of professionalism regardless of who is assigned. Driver preferences can be noted in your client profile for future reference.

We provide dedicated corporate account services for businesses requiring regular transport. Account benefits include monthly consolidated invoicing, preferential rates for frequent users, priority booking during busy periods, and dedicated account management. Multiple employees can book under one company account with individual cost centre tracking. We provide detailed monthly reports showing all journeys, costs, and passenger details for expense management. Account setup requires company registration documents and credit references. Minimum monthly usage thresholds may apply. Corporate clients also receive access to our online booking portal for simplified reservation management and real-time tracking of active journeys.
