Welcome to Xicuco. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our personal driver services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Service Description

Xicuco provides professional personal driver services, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers and pickups
  • Business and corporate transportation
  • Event transportation services
  • Hourly chauffeur services
  • Long-distance travel arrangements
  • Customized transportation solutions

All services are provided by licensed, insured, and professionally trained drivers who maintain the highest standards of safety and customer service.

2. Booking and Reservations

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, email, or mobile application. When making a reservation, you must provide accurate information including:

  • Full name and contact details
  • Pickup and destination addresses
  • Date and time of service
  • Any special requirements or requests

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for standard services and 48-72 hours for special events or long-distance travel. While we accommodate last-minute bookings when possible, availability cannot be guaranteed.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services may be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash, depending on the service type and arrangement. For corporate accounts, invoicing terms will be established separately.

Payment Policies:

  • Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking
  • Prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise specified
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, or special requests
  • Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both clients and drivers:

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling without penalty
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies
  • Less than 12 hours notice: Full charge applies
  • No-show: Full charge with no refund

Cancellations must be communicated via phone or email to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Xicuco, you agree to:

  • Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
  • Provide accurate pickup and destination information
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in any illegal activities during service
  • Refrain from smoking, eating, or drinking in vehicles unless explicitly permitted
  • Ensure proper use of seatbelts and child safety seats when required

6. Liability and Insurance

Xicuco maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles and operations. However, our liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Personal belongings left in vehicles are the client's responsibility
  • We are not responsible for missed flights, meetings, or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Clients are liable for any damage to vehicles caused by their actions or negligence

7. Driver Conduct and Safety

All Xicuco drivers are required to maintain professional standards at all times. Our drivers will:

  • Arrive punctually and in professional attire
  • Operate vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws
  • Respect client privacy and confidentiality
  • Maintain clean and well-maintained vehicles
  • Provide courteous and professional service

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information collected during booking and service provision is used solely for service delivery and improvement. For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

10. Modifications to Terms

Xicuco reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
